Lineup collects the payments and pays them out to you as the host, keeping a 3 percent platform fee on what comes through. That fee is the whole cost. There is no charge to run your community and nothing added on top of what your members pay.
A roster instead of a headcount in your head
Every game shows exactly who is in, who is on the waitlist, and how many places are left. When a game fills, it fills. When someone drops, the seat opens for the next person automatically, rather than you noticing a gap and posting about it again. The guessing that comes with running games out of a group chat simply stops.

Your community gets its own chat inside Lineup, tied to the community rather than to your phone number. New members join it when they join the community, and they see the games, not your family photos. You stop being the router that every message passes through.
Custom packages for your regulars
For members who play with you often, you can offer a package: a bundle of Lineup credit, usually with a bonus for buying ahead, that they spend on your community's games. It rewards the people who show up every week and gives you something steadier than collecting for one game at a time.
To be clear about what this credit is: it is closed to Lineup. It is spent inside the app on games and cannot be turned back into cash or withdrawn. It is a way to pay ahead for playing, not a stored balance of money.
How you're paid
Money your members pay through Lineup is collected by Lineup and paid out to the host. We would rather set the right expectation than dress this up: payouts are handled by our team, not by an instant automated transfer, so treat a payout as something that is processed rather than something that lands the moment a game ends.
